1. Online store  Photo editor  Project design confirmation window


A client confirms whether a created project is fully filled with images, and whether their quality is good enough, before sending the said project in for printing. In order to set up a project design confirmation windowset a percentage of how filled you want your project to be with photos, for this go to the "Online Editor  Online Editor's Settings  Filling of a layout check" section. Image quality check will be carried out according to the predetermined check rules;



2. Online store  Photo Editor  Feature of deleting an uploaded image from a project


Users of the Photo Editor can now delete their photos uploaded to the Editor. No unnecessary photos interfering with your work;



3. Online store  Photo Editor  Selection of font sizes  Section is changed into a drop-down menu


Became more convenient;



4. Online store  All graphic editors  "Sorting of templates"


Sorting of editor templates for each item is available now. For example, a cover, pages, a title page, a tracing paper, a flyleaf etc. In the Online Editor's admin panel, in the "Templates" tab, click "Sort" and arrange templates in the required order. They will be displayed in this order to a client on the website;



5. Online store  Product category  "A filter by product tags"


We created a new feature of adding a filter on the website for the purpose of easily and conveniently searching for a suitable product on the website. To do this, create tags in the "Products  Tags" section, group them (the "Create a group" button) and select the necessary ones (in the "General" tab of a product section, in the "Tags" block). Selected tags will be displayed on a  teaser for a product.


Note: the filter will only use tags placed in groups;



6. Online store  Client's Personal Account  Orders  "Name of the design project"


Now in "Orders" section of Client's Personal Account a name of a project created in the Online Editor is displayed. This greatly simplifies the search of a necessary order;



7. Online store  Cost Calculation  Instruction and templates  "Names of a downloaded file"


When a user downloads instructions from the website, a PDF file gets a name of a product. And when downloading a template, an archive file gets a name of a product size.


Example: Instruction  "Instruction Business card", Templates  "Template 90 x 50 mm";



8. MIS  Store  Orders  Order profile  "Multipurpose box label for an entire order"


We added extra pages to the box label listing all of the products of this order. The label displays a number and a name of a product, a name of a design project, as well as a print run. This is convenient when you are sending an order of photo albums to a photographer in a large box, the label in this case will list names of the albums, for example, Grade "11A", "Gymnasium No.3" etc.;



9. MIS  Statuses  Settings  Transfer of unpaid orders to the "Deleted" tab


Now you can set the deletion of orders after the required number of days, which is set in the "Settings  Status  Order statuses" section. The timer starts from a date an order was created in the system. Orders are deleted only after being transferred the "Unpaid" tab. Only those orders which don't have any payment or payment guarantee are deleted.


Here's how it works. Firstly, you need to set up a time period after which orders are moved to the "Unpaid" tab, for example, 24 hours (starting from the date an order was created). Secondly, you need to set a time period after which an order is moved to the "Deleted" tab, for example 15 days "(starting from the date an order was created). This way, an unpaid order will be moved to the "Unpaid" tab in one day, and to the "Deleted" tab in another 14 days.


Attention! If an order in the "Deleted" tab is suddenly paid for, it will automatically be moved from the "Deleted" tab to the working tabs, for example, to "New orders";



10. MIS  Reports  "Sorting in alphabetical order"


For convenience, rows with drop-down lists are now sorted alphabetically in all reports;



11. MIS  Settings  Payment  Banking details  Changed the logic of enabling/disabling companies


It simply became more convenient;



12. MIS  Store  Counterparties  List of clients  Fixed the logic of calculating the total debt of a client


Now clients' debts are displayed correctly;



13. MIS  Store  Counterparties  List of clients  Fixed the logic of calculating a client's total inner account balance (for all payers)


In the admin panel in the "Store  Counterparties  Clients" section, the list of clients now displays the sum of account balances of all payers of a client, both individuals and legal entities;



14. MIS  Products  Mass transfer of products from one category to another


In order to conduct a mass transfer of products from one category to another, you need to mark desired products in the category on the left, then at the bottom of the panel you need to select a category and click the "Move" button.
