1. Online store — New client notifications about requirements of paying for an order and uploading a layout
Added additional email notifications for clients about unpaid orders and layouts not being uploaded, with the following periodicity: the next day, every other day and every three days;
2. MIS — Letter templates — Feature of changing templates of letters about unpaid orders and not-uploaded layouts
If you do not want to use ready-made notifications, we made it possible for you to change the text in letters according to your requirements;
3. Online store — Photo editor — Improved interface
We have expanded the lower area for working on an image in the online editor of photo products (photo cards, photo albums, photo calendars). Now it is much more convenient;
4. Online store — Photo Editor — Feature of moving photos from one area to another
Now, when working on a project on the website, you can easily change initial placements of uploaded images, i.e. you can move images from one area to another right inside the template of a product (e.g. Photo Album);
5. Online store — Added a database of cities of the Republic of Belarus
For an accurate and proper work of our clients from the Republic of Belarus, a complete database of cities was added. This allows you to set an option of selecting a city for a client, set up pick-up points and delivery services on the website;
6. Integration — Integration with the CDEK delivery service for the Republic of Belarus
Added integration with the CDEK transport company for the Republic of Belarus;
7. MIS — Rules for assigning statuses — Layout statuses
Added additional parameters: "Do not check for layout", "Layout uploaded" and "Layout rejected"
In the "Settings — Statuses — Rules for assigning statuses" section it is now possible to set an automatic switch from one status to another, taking into account the new parameters of layout statuses:
"------" / "Layout uploaded" / "Layout rejected" (a dash means "Do not check for a layout")
Please check the accuracy of the settings of your rules for assigning statuses taking into account the new parameters and, if necessary, edit them;
8. MIS — Box label — Updated label design
The name of a project is now displayed on a label, which is especially important when working, for example, with graduation photo albums;
9. MIS — List of clients — Added a column of a client’s aсcount balance with active bonuses
In the "Store — Сounterparties — Clients" section in the “general” list you can now see the amount of active bonuses. When a balance changes (write-off or top up), the information is updated instantly;
10. MIS — Accounting — Returns — An option to fix a return date with an optional comment for any payment method
All refunds are now recorded with a return date and a comment.
Information about a return with a date and a comment is displayed in the "Store — Accounting — Returns" section, in the "Returned" tab, as well as in an order itself, which a return is made for;
11. MIS — Online Editor — Templates — Improved template sorting interface
Instead of a list, sorted templates are now displayed in square blocks with a template name underneath.
