1. Online store — Photo Editor — Product Size Information
When creating a layout in the photo editor, the product size will be displayed in the upper left corner. This will help the client avoid confusion when creating a large number of projects.
2. Online store — Photo Editor — Default Template
Now in the templates of any type of editor, you can assign the one that will be selected for the page in this editor. To do this, you'll have to check "Set as default" option in the "Templates" section next to the desired template of each side (cover, inner block, flyleaf, title page or tracing paper);
3. Online store — Completed working on the "Promo product" functionality — Limit per client
If the product contains the "Promo product" option, then the customer can order it only once. To display a list of ordered promo products, a “Promo products” tab has been added to the client's card in the “Order list” tab. If, for some reason, the client does not receive a promotional product, you can delete it in the previously mentioned tab, and the client will be able to order it on the website again;
4. Online store — Invoice Form for Poland — For legal entities and individuals
If you have a market in Poland and you use relevant details of your company, then invoices will be issued in the form appropriate for that country.
5. MIS — Product Cost Calculation — New logic for adding a product that has a layout editor
When adding dimensions to products, dimensions (that the layout editor was created for) and standard dimensions from the Directory are devided into separate groups. If you want to add a layout editor to a specific product, when inserting the size, select a type of "Editor" that is necessary and check one from the list.
Previously, it was required to select the "standard" option before being able to see all editors available for certain sizes. Now it became much more convenient.
6. MIS — Order profile — Option of downloading a layout archive of all goods in an order at once
Now you can download layouts of all products in an order at once with just one button. If some products don't have layouts attached to them, the system will warn you about it;
7. MIS — Accounting — Additional product services are now displayed in the acts of service provision (for orders and shipments)
If one order contains products, as well as additional services (for example, "Design layout development"), then an act is issued for additional services, and an invoice is issued for the products. Previously, additional services were displayed in an invoice;
8. MIS — Product Cost Calculation — Spreadsheet Calculation — Option of downloading and uploading an Excel file with prices provided that the "Manual entry of the print run by the client on the website" option is selected
Now the option of entering the prices in the spreadsheet calculation through the Excel file is also available for products with the "Manual entry of a print run" option. Previously, this option was available only for products with the selected "Fixed print run - select from the list" option;
9. MIS — Product List — Feature of enabling / disabling products all at once
You can enable or disable products in a category all at once. Nothing extraordinary, just simplified the work on the platform a little;
10. MIS — Directory, Product Categories, Products — Deleting of images feature
Now you can delete uploaded images from the "Products" section, "Categories" section and all other sections of the Directory. This feature has never been implemented before;
11. MIS — Deletion of an Empty Shipment
When deleting the last item from the shipment, we delete the shipment itself;
12. MIS — Order profile — Feature of a manager being able to leave comments
The manager can comment both on the order itself, and on each product separately. Please note that the manager's comments are displayed in the "Order Profile", as well as in the "Flow Chart" and "Shipping List";
13. MIS — Working with orders for services (in the "with shipments" mode of a printing company's workflow)
Now the option of reverting the status of the order for services is available. Orders for printed products do not have this option, as after creating a shipment and putting an order for printed products, the status of the order changes only according to the status of the shipment and nothing else;
14. MIS — Layout Editor — Environment for Creating Templates — Feature of being able to copy a component
In this update, we made it possible for you to copy any component in the editor of layout templates. Width and height may be copied. However, you adjust the coordinates of the component, tags and the component restrictions yourself, they can not be copied;
15. MIS — Directory — Simplified Work with Formats and Width of the Rolls
"Sheet size" (for offset printing) and "Roll width" (for large-format printing) are now displayed as "Size groups" in the Directory. Within each group you can add new size groups, as well as required sheet sizes.
Previously, there was confusion in terminology. Instead of entering just one common A3 sheet size, followed by the entry of wider range of sizes within the common one, from the start our clients would enter various sizes, e.g. A3, A3 +, SRA3 etc. If there were too many size variations of A3 format entered, the equipment with the selected A3 format settings would not process A3 + sheet size. Which is not logical. Thus, we renamed "Format" to "Size Group";
16. MIS — Website notifications (applications, leads) — Feature of changing the status in the application card itself
The status can now be changed not only in the general list, but also in the application card itself. Work with leads became more convenient;
17. MIS — Settings — Statuses — Fixed the visibility of a new status for users
When creating a new status, all users will be able to see and edit it. You can set restrictions on the access to the status in the "Settings — Users — Roles and Access".
Previously, when creating a new status for Orders / Products / Applications / Shipments / Print runs, the rights “Does not see” were assigned by default;
18. Integrations — Integration with Google Analytics — Added sections for integration, such as "category" and "label"
To create targets in Google Analytics, we added category and label fields (identifiers);
