1. MIS — Artwork editor — Create your own color palette
You can customize the optimal color combinations for your clients in the artwork editor. This applies both to the background color palette and to the colour of the text. Furthermore, this feature is useful when, for one reason or another, you cannot print flood-fills of a certain color;
2. MIS — Calculation in the admin panel — Use bonuses and inner client balance
When a manager places an order for a client through the admin-panel, now methods of payment with bonuses and from the client's internal balance are available. Previously, you could use them only when ordering through the website;
3. MIS — Section «Reports» — Changed format of cells when importing into Excel
The changes affected the DATE and COST cells. Working with data has become much more convenient;
4. MIS — Admin-panel — Price-based calculation — Added pagination
Now the spreadsheet of product combinations parameters with prices per print run loads faster and it is also conveniently paginated. Previously, there having been a large number of combinations, the browser could freeze;
5. MIS — Customer loyalty groups — Added «Default group» parameter
When registering a new client in the TCS Web-to-Print service, a default group is assigned to him, given that this group exists. This was done in order to start using the «Accumulative discounting system» module only for new customers of the service. If however new clients are not assigned to a default group and the «Accumulative discounting system» is activated, the «Accumulative discounting system» will be available to existing clients as well. And according to the turnover of existing clients having accumulated in a span of work time-period, they can immediately receive a larger discount;
6. Online store — «Photo Gallery» and «Slider» widget — Image upload option for desktop and mobile versions
You can use images in the service while designating exact devices to have a display of these images available. This way it will look correct for different screen resolutions;
7. Online store — Upload and Check of a Layout — New HEIF File Format (Apple HEIC) Available
For uploading and quality checking purposes the new HEIF (Apple HEIC) file format has been added. New high quality Apple format is now available in our service;
8. Artwork Editor — Restrictions for text components — Font and Size options
In the Artwork Editor, you can present a client with a limited list of fonts and sizes for the selected text components. This is configurable in templates.
What is it for? As an example, it can be used for an inscription on the cover of a photoalbum. Then while using such techniques and processes as letterpress, relief, embossing etc., you can limit the list of fonts and its sizes, due to technological restrictions in the processes mentioned above;
9. Photo Editor — Display of the cost of an additional page spread under the «Add page spread» button
The cost for an additional page spread is now displayed for the client in the Photo Editor on the left side under the page spread section. The calculation of the final cost of print production has become more transparent. Now you can see what the increase of the cost will be when a new page spread is added;
10. Integration — Further refinement of the integration with «SendPulse» and «UniSender» promotional mailing services
In the integration with promotional mailing services section of the TCS admin-panel you may now select different mailing lists, that every new registered client or a client with a paid order will be subscribed to. This way you can run separate marketing campaigns, for customers who have not made orders yet and for customers who have already paid for the order at least once;
11. Integration — Further refinement of integration with the Bitrix24 CRM-system
Information about the "Client's Group", as well as Order Delivery Address are transferred to the Bitrix24 CRM-system;
12. Integration — Further refinement of integration with Yandex.Maps
«Access Key» feature is added. This feature provides the «Map with Order Pickup Spots» widget with the transfer of all of the data from Yandex.Maps. Previously, there was no address search feature in the «Map with Order Pickup Spots» widget.
