A new module has been added to the web-to-print solution from TCS - "Managers Motivation System". This module will allow you to:

Create and customize a motivation scheme according to your parameters

You can create one or more motivation schemes for different managers or groups of managers. To do this, you will need to indicate a monthly plan, a fixed salary, a percentage from a plan, a manager (or managers). And also you can adjust the motivation in more detail using additional point settings.

Visually inform managers in real mode

Each manager has all the necessary information displayed in the admin panel: plan, turnover for his clients, bonus and total remuneration at the current time. In addition, for greater efficiency, the system signals the manager with a set of emoticons. If the plan is fulfilled from 0% to 80% - a sad smile, from 80% to 100% - a neutral plan, more than 100% - a happy and contented smile (the manager hopefully too).

Monitoring the execution of the plan

There are new features available in the "Reports" section. Now you can create a sales report for each manager at the end of the month. You can also create interim reports and, if necessary, negotiate with the manager in order to improve the results or to understand the reasons.
