1. Online store — E-mail notification letters about assigning a track code to the order (for tracking parcels)
Now your Clients will receive an automatic notification letter about parcel tracking codes. If receiving a track code is not provided by a integration with a transport company, you can enable it yourself in the "Admin panel — Order" section by clicking "Edit order" button in the "Tracking code" area;
2. MIS — Notifying of a manager in charge about a new request from the website
If a manager is assigned to a new request from the website, a notification will be sent to the mail of a manager in charge. Additionally, a notification will appear in the admin panel.
3. MIS — TCS Module — New Features
The following sections have been added to TCS module:
- "Statistics" — view of the order list from which the commission is charged;
- "Tariff plans" — a PDF document with data about your tariff plan;
- A tool for translating phrases from the website is available — upon request to TCS technical support.
